Behind every rescue, every recovery, and every life saved is a team that has chosen compassion as their life’s purpose. The HiPaws team works on the ground every single day to give injured and abandoned community dogs a second chance at life.

An ex-IT professional with 13+ years of corporate experience, Saurabh made a life-changing decision to leave his successful career and dedicate himself fully to the welfare of the voiceless.
He leads HiPaws with a vision to create a humane and sustainable ecosystem for community animals, managing rescues, medical care, partnerships, fundraising, and awareness initiatives.

Khushboo brings a deeply intuitive and emotional dimension to HiPaws. As an animal communicator and tarot reader, she connects with the distressed souls we rescue — helping understand their trauma, fear, and healing needs.
Her role ensures that every animal receives not just medical care, but also emotional rehabilitation, trust, and comfort.

With a strong passion for animal welfare and community engagement, Sahil leads HiPaws’ social media growth and strategic partnerships, helping amplify the organization’s mission and reach.
He works closely with the team to strengthen supporter relationships, build meaningful collaborations, and create greater impact for animals in need.

Sohit is a dedicated full-time caretaker residing at the shelter, providing 24/7 care and attention to the dogs. His daily responsibilities include feeding, cleaning, monitoring health, and ensuring the safety and comfort of every animal. His constant presence and compassion play a crucial role in the well-being of the shelter dogs.

For the past four years, Vishal has been the one on the frontlines — responding to emergency calls, picking up injured dogs from the streets, and bringing them to safety.
He is often the first human touch of hope for animals in extreme pain and distress.

Krishna has been with HiPaws since the 2020 lockdown, when the journey of feeding street dogs began.
Today, he prepares fresh, nutritious daily meals and personally feeds 400+ community dogs on the streets, ensuring they never sleep hungry.

Neeraj helps maintain the clean, safe, and hygienic environment essential for recovery.
From daily cleaning to supporting the care routine, he ensures that the dogs living at the recovery home stay in a stress-free and healthy space.

Montu manages the day-to-day functioning of the recovery home, coordinating staff, handling vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of all on-ground activities.
His role keeps the entire system organized, efficient, and sustainable.

Govinda joined the organization in 2026 as the ambulance and feeder driver. He plays a crucial role in ensuring rescued animals are safely transported to the shelter or veterinary care, and also delivers food to stray animals. His dedication and reliability help keep both rescue operations and daily feeding programs running smoothly, making him an essential part of the team.
